Refund Policy

Not satisfied? Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@fictbase.io from the email address associated with your purchase. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Applies to both monthly and annual Pro subscriptions.
  • One refund per customer. Repeat purchases after a refund are not eligible for another refund.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of an annual subscription beyond the 30-day window.

Renewals

If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund the renewal. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription from the customer portal before the renewal date.

Free plugin

The FICTBASE free plugin is free of charge and therefore not eligible for a refund. If you have issues with the free plugin, please open a support ticket and we will help you resolve them.

After a refund

When a refund is processed, your Pro licence is deactivated. Your stories and chapters remain published using the free version of the plugin. No data is deleted.
