Getting support

    Sign in with your purchase email

    Go to My Account and enter the email you used to buy FICTBASE. We'll send you a one-click sign-in link.

    Open a support ticket

    From your account, go to My Tickets → New Ticket. Describe your issue in detail, including WordPress version, PHP version, and any error messages.

    We reply within 1–2 business days

    You'll get an email when we reply. You can also check back in your account at any time.

Common Questions

How do I install FICTBASE?

Download the plugin from your account, upload it via WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload, then activate it.

How do I activate my license?

Go to FICTBASE → Settings → License in your WordPress admin and paste your license key from My Account.

Stories show 404 after install?

Go to Settings → Permalinks in WordPress admin and click Save Changes to flush rewrite rules.

Can I use one license on multiple sites?

Each license covers one domain. Deactivate from the old site first, then activate on the new one.

How do readers get notified of new chapters?

They can follow a story using the email widget at the bottom of each story page. They'll get an email when you publish a new chapter.
